Compensation:
Our healthcare professionals can expect to receive highly competitive base pay rates. You may earn more due to shift differentials, overtime and other bonuses. We conform to all Wage and Hour guidelines including overtime and time and a half for Holiday shifts. Pay rates vary for each assignment depending on the facility, your specialty and the location. While on assignment you will be paid directly by the payroll department at Ronara Staffing.

We also offer flexible pay options that allow you to choose the compensation and benefits package that is right for you. Whether you want the highest hourly rate of pay or a competitive pay rate with benefits and housing – you choose.

Weekly Pay:

Ronara Staffing pays all of our contracted professionals weekly, and our payroll department makes sure that our employees are paid the correct amount on time.
 
Direct Deposit:
Our employees receive weekly paychecks and enjoy the security and convenience of automatic direct deposits through our payroll partner, ADP. On the same day your pay is electronically deposited into your personal bank account, you can view your pay stub online!
 
Alternate payment methods may also be established with 
Ronara Staffing, if required.

Ronara Staffing have you covered! We offer assignments that meets any lifestyle including fulltime, part-time, per diem and local and travel contracts. Just let your recruiter know where you would like to go and we will get you there.
 
Flexibility:

Ronara Staffing offers our healthcare professionals flexible assignments based on your needs. From the occasional per diem shifts to long term contracts to fulltime assignments, you choose the assignment length that's right for your individual goals. You will always have guaranteed hours ensuring you get the most out of your assignments. We work hard to accommodate the shift and work schedule that fits your lifestyle.
 
Housing:
Our travelers have the option to live in one of our luxurious corporate affiliates condos, apartments or receive a generous housing stipend. We ensure that the housing is close to your assignment facility. Whether it is an executive apartment or a home in a great neighborhood, we research the housing options to find you safe neighborhoods. We focus on areas that will allow you to enjoy your free time, taking in the sights and sounds of your new location. You’ll be able to enjoy this benefit on any company-paid position across the United States. We ensure your accommodations are fully furnished and include a variety of useful amenities. If you provide your own accommodations, we'll provide you with a generous housing stipend. Your recruiter will provide you with more information about our company-paid housing.
 
Family Friendly:
If you are traveling with your family or a family pet, 
Ronara welcomes you to try our family and pet friendly housing options. We will work with you to make sure all the members of your household are well taken care of!
 
Tax-free travel reimbursement:

Ronara offers up to a $300 travel allowance to help you cover expenses when traveling to your new assignment. Travel expenses will be reimbursed in the following manner: $150 on the first paycheck and $150 upon completion plus a reassignment bonus based on speciality!
 
Tax Advantage Plan:
If you accept a travel assignment with 
Ronara and meet eligibility criteria, you may qualify to receive a portion of your compensation package tax free. Contact us for more information. Ronara Staffing is careful to follow the appropriate IRS regulations regarding reimbursement of travel, housing, and other reimbursable expenses. It is the responsibility of the Ronara Staffing Traveler to follow IRS and state tax regulations and to file their individual tax returns.

Our personalized service means that we want to stay connected to you. Our customer support team is available to you 24/7, 365 days a year, with live telephone and email support. If you have a question or problem while on assignment, contact us. We are at your service!
 
Malpractice/Professional Liability Insurance:
We offer comprehensive professional liability insurance to all our healthcare professionals, completely free of charge. This provides you with coverage from the first day you begin an assignment with 
Ronara Staffing.  
 
Workers Compensation:

Ronara Staffing provides full Worker’s Compensation coverage to all our healthcare professionals from the first day you begin an assignment with Ronara Staffing. 
 
Licensure Assistance:

Ronara Staffing assists you with obtaining licensure in each state that you work an assignment in for Ronara Staffing Travelers. Our credentialing professionals can assist with the application process and Ronara Staffing will reimburse your licensure expense up to $100. Insurance Benefits
All full time healthcare providers are eligible to receive full health and dental insurance benefits for the duration of their assignments. We also offer health insurance solutions for your family at a discounted rate.
 
Medical Plan:

Ronara Staffing offers medical coverage including employee only coverage, employee and spouse, employee and children, and family plans. You choose the one that works for you. Our medical plan minimizes out of pocket expenses and meets a wide range of healthcare needs. You are eligible for coverage on the first of the month after 30 days of employment. Or you can choose to receive a fixed benefit payment each month instead of insurance coverage.
 
Dental Insurance:
Our dental plan under Assurant Employee Plans pays 100% of your dental premiums and covers diagnostic and preventative procedures at 50%.
