We tailor our bonus and incentive programs to the individual preferences of our healthcare providers. With a number of different options available, any Ronara Staffing employee can take advantage of this liberal plan.
 
Bonus and Incentive Programs Available

Sign On Bonus:
If you are new to Ronara Staffing, you may be eligible for a sign on bonus for joining our great team of healthcare professionals. Check with your recruiter to learn more about sign on bonus program.
 
Preferred Provider Bonus:
The preferred provider bonus plan is a renewal bonus paid for renewal of a 13 week assignment or acceptance of another 13 week assignment with Ronara Staffing Travelers within two weeks of your last assignment with us. The bonus is paid after the second week in the assignment. Earn as many as up to 2 preferred provider bonuses per year with Ronara Staffing Travelers!
 
Referral Program:
One of our best referral sources is you! Help us build the Ronara Staffing family of healthcare professionals by simply referring your family, friends and colleagues who share your dedication to patients and the facilities that serve them. For each person you refer that accepts an assignment  with Ronara Staffing, we will pay you a referral bonus based on the position. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. Be sure to ask about our program today!
 
Completion Bonus:
For selected assignments, Ronara Staffing offers completion bonuses at the conclusion of the assignment. Please check with your recruiter to see if your assignment is eligible for a completion bonus.
 
Facility Referral Bonus:
If you know of an assignment at a facility that we do not currently offer, let us know. If your lead turns into a new working relationship and we place you or another Ronara Staffing provider at that facility, you will receive a facility referral bonus! There is no limit to the number of facility referrals you make to Ronara Staffing.
