Ronara Staffing Solutions, Inc. (RSS) is now accepting applications for a Jr. Healthcare Recruiter with a passion for the WONDERFULLY WILD world of Staffing & Recruiting. This position is definitely for the curious candidate that simply grows bored of conventional "office life", finds humor in literally everything and is willing to accept that when PEOPLE are your product, quality control is virtually impossible.

Extensive training will be provided in regards to staffing services/industry, labor law compliance, and other regulatory concerns but candidates must have a general understanding of the healthcare industry and it's unique practices.

• Identifies and qualifies available healthcare professionals in a multitude of specialties for nationwide contract opportunities
• Maintains a strong pipeline of available candidates through outbound calls, email communications and social media on behalf of RSS
• Educates new associates and candidates on the services available (referral programs, travel resources, continuing education opportunities.. etc.)
• Owns full cycle recruitment process with urgency
• Builds and maintains candidate relationships with available candidates and clients nationwide
• Exceeds assigned sales goals while delivering exceptional candidate support
• Always goes above and beyond to ensure the best employment experience possible for the associates or RSS

• Must be sales driven, financially motivated, and have a strong work ethic
• Uses sales ability and rapport management skills
• Excellent telephone presence with strong verbal skills; enthusiasm through the phone
• High organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems and software easily
• Ability to multitask. Managing the phone system, email, and social media simultaneously
• Be comfortable cold-calling and selling the RSS services
