Traditional Temporary Staffing:
Our Traditional temporary staffing helps ensure that quality work will continue to be produced while a full time employee is absent. We guarantee to provide a highly competent and well vetted candidate to fill up your short‐term needs.

Contract Staffing:
Our Contract staffing focuses on providing highly qualified professionals for specialized projects. The expertise required from our contractors generally fall within one of the following seven professional niches: human resources; engineering, mechanical, and technical; sales and marketing; accounting; healthcare‐Doctors, Registered Nurses and many more; information technology; and scientific.

The associate remains on the Ronara Staffing Solutions, Inc. payroll for a predetermined amount of time (typically 720 – 1200 hours) while you evaluate the candidate’s skills to determine if they fit with your organization and that specific position.
